Meni
not a deity (census mislink)
Why this entry exists
The census carries this name, and the census is a list of deities. This is a modern personal name.
The census link resolves to an article on Meni as a Jewish given name, listing living people. Nothing Egyptian.
How it got here
The census was built by taking an aggregate list of Egyptian deity names and following each to its Wikipedia article. Where a name is ambiguous, that resolution silently lands on the wrong page — and the pipeline recorded the result as though it described a god.
The corpus already tracks these as a mislinked tier, so the failure was known in aggregate. What was not known is that some of them are not merely mislinked but not Egyptian at all. This entry records the specific case.
Kept rather than deleted so the roster stays complete and so the error is visible rather than quietly removed. See finding C174.

Open questions
- Audit the whole
mislinkedtier (14 names) the same way. If three of the first handful examined are non-Egyptian, others will be. - Determine whether the underlying aggregate list actually contained an Egyptian name here that the link-resolution step lost, or whether the name was spurious from the start. These are different failures and only the second means the name should go.
